         <description><![CDATA[i was commissioned to make a baby blanket for a co-worker with all of the clothes and special items she had saved from her son's early years of life. he is now 6 years old and rather than continue to let these items sit in a box, she wanted them made into a blanket to preserve and enjoy them. this was a new project for me so here is what the process looked like. feel free to use this pattern to make one of your own!
